Are there other colours available?

Other colours are available but are extra cost, depending on colour.

Are there other frame sizes available?

The 4 sizes listed are the most common used however if you have a

special request, email us via the Contact Us page.

Can I choose the font type and size?

You can select from a choice of fonts in the ANY OPTION Category.

No choice in Size.

Please note: fonts displayed on site examples may vary slightly from

fonts used on some frames.

Fonts are upgraded depending on customer feedback.

Can I have any colour text?

Selection of the ANY OPTION Category offers any colour text.

Also the A5 and A4 frames in the OTHER SIZES Category offer the same.

Is there a limit on amount of letters?

Name frames allow up to 10 letters in a single person's name.

If the name exceeds 10 letters you will have to use the ANY TEXT FRAME option in the TEXT FRAMES Category

This option allows up to 15 letters per line = 30 letters in total

Can I have different names on a multi name frame?

The multi name frame accomodates a single person's name ONLY.

For multiple different names use the Any Text frame option in the TEXT FRAMES Category

This option allows up to 15 letters per line = 30 letters in total.

Can my frame order be delivered to an alternative address?

Yes. Fill out alternative shipping details when ordering.

Are there any discounts or special offers?

We offer the following incentives:

FREE freight on 5 standard size frames or bigger (this offer excludes SCHOOL FRAMES)

ORDER 3 or more frames and get a free mini portrait frame with same background colour or theme

We have generic frame order discounts however discount will depends on actual frame details.

How will I pay for my Order?

We accept PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer or Money Order.

(School Orders are Cash only and to be paid directly to School)

How long will my Order take?

Orders delivered 10-14 days from date order is paid and funds clear. Allow maximum delivery time for large orders.

Email notification is sent to customers with the Aust Post Tracking ID Number on the day order is posted.

All quotes are issued with a unique reference number as well as Ordering and Payment instructions.
